Sabrina Carpenter Concert Review

From Orlando to San Francisco, Sabrina Carpenter’s nationwide “emails i can’t send” tour has completely sold out this year.

From her young start on the Disney Channel series Girl Meets World, Carpenter has been in the public eye for the majority of her life. However, her music has recently risen to popularity amongst her teenage fanbase, from sad melodies like “Can’t Blame a Girl For Trying” to powerful hits like “Sue Me”.

On her tour, Carpenter’s stadiums are lit with pink lights and hearts, and her tours have sold millions in each location.

More popularly, her tours have gained attraction on social media, particularly on TikTok, due to her interaction with her fans in her song “Nonsense.”

During her performance of “Nonsense,” Carpenter ends the song with nonsensical lyrics, made up on the spot, depending on the location of her tour stop. For example, Genius explains that “the outro of ‘Nonsense’ contains lyrics that are noticeably more comedic than the rest of the song.” During her stop in New York City, Carpenter added these spontaneous lyrics: “New York City, you sold out the fastest; that is why a second show was added.” Conversely, at her stop in Boston, Carpenter sang these lyrics: “It’s wicked awesome to be here in Boston” at the end of her song.

Sabrina Carpenter also paid homage to some of her own favorite artists by covering their songs, such as Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande.

Overall, Sabrina’s “emails i can’t send” tour quickly grew in popularity, both in ticket sales and social media influence.

Of course, Sabrina Carpenter’s tour wouldn’t have been possible without the support of her loyal fanbase, some of whom expressed their support via social media:

“I might be biased, but I think this [Chicago] was the best ‘Nonsense’ outro yet.”

“My only wish in life is to go to a Sabrina Carpenter concert.”

“Sabrina Carpenter has been stuck in my heart, and it simply won’t leave.”

Overall, Sabrina Carpenter’s tour has struck a lot of fans, and I think that her interaction with those fans at every tour stop has made her platform incredibly more impactful and meaningful.
